- The Brighton Road Food Market "Win a 3kg gourmet Easter Bunny" promotion commences at 5pm Wednesday 16 March (WST) 2016 and concludes at 5pm (WST) Thursday 24 March, 2016. (Promotion Period).
- The Promotion is administered by the owner of the Brighton Road Food Market (Promoter) of 111 Brighton Road Scarborough 6016.
- All entrants enter subject to, and will need to adhere to, these terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter.
Competition Details
- The Brighton Road Food Market offers a 3kg Easter Bunny valued at $300 made by Whistler’s to one lucky Brighton Buddy Club Member.
- To be eligible entrants also need to LIKE the Brighton Road Food Market Facebook page and sign up to the Brighton Buddy Club via the website.
- The prize (a $300 Bunny) will to go to one winner (announced on 24 March after the closing time).
- The winner will be selected based on random pick.

- To enter, fans must first like the page and then sign up to the Brighton Buddy Club via the Website.
Prize
The Promotion prize pool has a total value of $300 and consists of 3 kilogram Easter Bunny made by Whistler’s the Premium Chocolate Company. The prize does not include any contractual arrangements and the winner needs to pick up the prize themselves.
General Terms & Conditions
- Entrants are entitled to submit multiple entries.
- Entry is limited to individuals currently living in or staying in Australia.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
- Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Brighton Road Food Market reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time.
- Comments deemed offensive by Brighton Road Food Market will be reported and ineligible to win.
- A winner will be selected daily based on merit by a representative of Brighton Road Food Market.
- The winning entry drawn must conform to all terms and conditions. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected Entries. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the promotion or disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
- Any decision made in respect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The selected entry will be deemed the winner.
- The winner will be notified through Facebook.
- If the Winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days of the Draw (i.e. attempts to contact the Winner have met with failure), the Winner will no longer be entitled to the Prize and the Promoter may undertake a re-draw at a time and place determined by the Promoter. In such case, the first valid Entry drawn in the re-draw will be entitled to the Prize (Replacement Winner). The Replacement Winner is then the winner of the Prize for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
- If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
- Proof of identity will be required to claim the Prize.
- If the Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s nominated parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification. The parent/guardian shall be deemed the Winner for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
- By entering the Promotion, the entrants hereby give the Brighton Road Food Market (the Promoter) consent to use their name, likeness or image (including photograph or recording) (should they be the Winner or Replacement Winner) for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition. A photo may be taken of the Winners (or Replacement Winners).
- The Promotion is open to all persons except employees, contractors, agents or families of Brighton Road Food Market.
- By partaking in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use information provided on a Registration or in connection with claiming the Prize for the purpose of the competition.
- The Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms and conditions.
- The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of the Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the supplier/service provider of the Prize.
- The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with a Prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.
